Are we struggling to pay because our income is not very high (about € 3500.00 for both). What I do not understand is that two of my daughters live with us, including two children aged 2 and 6 years and the RIVP ignores this additional burden, (they are unemployed) What can be done? Thank you. "

Indeed it is a bit difficult to understand: yet it is a " measure taken to increase the fluidity of the occupation of social housing?? "
You said fluidity ?? could add additional qualifiers ...
