                                President of the General Council

Mr. President:

Since September 2009 Dal 35 accompanies every Wednesday morning elected to the (e) Duty of city hall, the asylum-seekers without housing that by law prefecture should provide.

Among these asylum seekers are often families with children. These, when they are school age, are all in school in Rennes. But how to follow a regular school where the temporary accommodation provided by the 115 once you bring in Vitre, Fougeres once, once in Rennes ... and sometimes on the street? and that good transportation is provided to families for the first day and go back the last, leaving their dependents commuting if they send their children to school.

Because of your responsibility in the field of child welfare, we want to alert you four families with children we have met this morning

1) Family B. : Mr, Mrs and three children, ages 10, 8 and 3 years, enrolled in the school of Ille.
2) Family B. : Mr, Mrs and their two children, ages 15 and 6 years enrolled in school High-school and Ourmes Guillevic.
3) Family B. : Mr and her daughter, age 10, enrolled at the school of Guillevic street. This family sometimes slept outside.
4) E. The family, Mr, Mrs and daughter aged 4 who would like to go to school but can not not because of the variety of accommodations.

There is much talk of children's rights. We are facing a situation where those rights are not respected.

Please accept, Mr. President, the expression of Sincerely

; The Dal 35
